Prior to April 2010, the investment management of the fund was undertaken by Prana Capital LLP. With the relocation of the investment management team to Singapore, the investment management is currently undertaken by Prana Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Prana Master Fund Limited (formerly called Prana Limited) has an historic track record that dates from 1st January 2005. In March 2010, Prana Limited was re-organised into a master / feeder structure. Prana Limited's name was changed to Prana Master Fund Limited while two feeder funds, Prana Fund Limited and Prana US L.P., were created that invest into Prana Master Fund Limited.
